CATERING

The meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) are served 3 times per day in our restaurant. Our guests usually eat together in the dining or on the balcony.

Fueling the body is one of the key to a successful training camp. Every meal is composed of vegetables, carbohydrates and proteins (plant-based option available) offering a healthy and balanced diet.

Our professional chef prepares continental food, as well as local kenyan dishes. On demand, he will prepare specific meals for you.

 

Our menu is suitable for all specific diets (vegetarian, gluten intolerant, ...) and allergies. Please communicate with our staff on the same.

BREAKFAST
8:00 AM - 10:00 AM

The Breakfast buffet is composed by:

  • Fruits: Fresh fruits (cut & full) and fresh seasonal fruit juice

  • Dairy: joghurts, milk and soja milk

  • Porridge

  • Warm dishes: crepes, beans, sausages (changes daily)

  • Bakery: Fresh bread, croissants or cinnamon rolls served with honey, jam & peanut butter

  • Hot drinks: Black tea, chai tea as well as a warm drink of your choice (black coffee, cappucino, mochacino, hot chocolate, cardamon tea)

LUNCH
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

The Lunch buffet is composed by:

  • Salad: Fresh seasonal salad (tomatoes, avocado, cucumber)

  • Vegetables: Fresh seasonal veggies including of carrots, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.

  • Carbohydrates: Rice, pastas, ugali, lentils, quinoa, green grams, sweet potatoes, etc.

  • Proteins: Mostly plant-based proteins

  • Dessert: Fresh seasonal fruits

  • Water: Fresh water available for our guests during the meals.

DINNER
7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

The Dinner buffet is composed by:

  • Soup: Fresh creamy soup of mushrooms, butternut, carrot, etc.

  • Vegetables: Fresh seasonal veggies including of carrots, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.

  • Carbohydrates: Rice, pastas, ugali, lentils, quinoa, sweet potatoes, etc.

  • Proteins: Chicken, beef, fish, eggs, beans, etc.

  • Dessert: Dessert of the day

  • Water: Fresh water available for our guests during the meals.
